Real Image Compressor ("the App") is developed and maintained by Michael Welzel ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

No Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. All image processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your device through the App.

No Analytics or Tracking

The App does not use any analytics tools, tracking technologies, cookies, or advertising frameworks. We do not track how you use the App.

No Network Access

The App does not connect to the internet. It does not communicate with any servers, APIs, or third-party services. The App functions fully offline.

Photos and Files

The App accesses your photos and files only when you explicitly select them for compression. This access is provided through Apple's standard Photos and Files pickers and the Share Sheet. The App does not access your Photo Library or file system in the background.

EXIF Metadata

The App offers an option to remove EXIF metadata (such as location, camera information, and timestamps) from your compressed images. This removal happens locally on your device. We never read, collect, or transmit this metadata.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
